    Is on-site technical support available for Event bookings outside your service area?

    On-site support is available within our service area. For events outside this area, we provide comprehensive remote guidance to ensure your event runs smoothly. Contact us before booking to confirm coverage for your location.

    Both Starter and Professional plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial period, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The Event plan has no subscription commitment — it's priced per day, per machine.

    No. All Starter and Professional plans include the Sugart Creator hardware as part of your monthly subscription. There is no separate machine purchase required. A €1,000 refundable security deposit is required at sign-up.

    The Starter plan includes up to 500 completed prints per month. If you regularly need more, we recommend upgrading to the Professional plan, which offers unlimited completed prints per month. Our team can help you make the switch at any time.

    Sugar materials need to be purchased separately. The subscription plan only includes 1kg of sugar material. Custom model design also requires a separate purchase.
